Subscriptions

Merchant and Affiliate subscription fees are billed through our payment partner (Redde). Refunds for unused subscription time are considered case-by-case when a payment error or duplicate charge is verified. Contact support@payforme.com.gh with your invoice number (PFM-YYYY-…).

Property purchases & financing

Property and financing flows follow the merchant agreement and mandate terms shown at checkout. Cancellation before disbursement may be possible per listing terms; after disbursement, refunds are governed by merchant and lender policies.

Wallet deposits

Wallet top-ups that fail at the payment provider are not debited. Successful deposits are generally non-refundable except for proven duplicate or erroneous charges.
